Abstract

The purposes of this research are; (1) to organize a training program of a good attack training, (2) the implementation of try out practice model to improve the attack ability of male futsal player in intermediate level in Pontianak effectively and efficiently, (3) to find out the result of effectiveness test training model in improving the ability of attacking to male futsal player in intermediate level. The method of this research is Research and Development. The technique of data collecting was using interview, questionnaires, test and observation. The result finding of evaluation data from the experts is 71.31%. The result finding of limited try out is 68.32%. The result finding of expansive try out is 82.04% and it was interpreted that the product design of attacking training model development to intermediate level can be tested to the effectiveness test stage. The result of effectiveness test product by comparing two groups; treatment group which using development product, and control group which using pretest and posttest design. Mean score of each group based on the test is the effectiveness of experiment group is higher than the control group. The effectiveness score of control group is 65.6% and experiment group is 84.4%. The player rotation in control group is 62.5% and experiment group is 87.5%. The movement without ball in control group is 62.5% and in experimental group is 87.5%. The ball control in control group is 75% and experiment group is 87.5%. Team work in control group is 62.5% and expreiment group is 75%. Based on the data above it can be seen that the training by using attacking strategy training model in playing futsal can increase the player rotation from 62.5% into 87.5%, the ball control from 75% into 87.5% and team work from 62.5% into 75%. Based on the comparison of those test results, the improvement of test result for the expreiment group is incresing significantly than in the control group. The last was obtained after the training program was implemented to each group. In conclusion, the product is profoundly effective in improving the player ability in attacking strategy. Keywords: Futsal, Development, Model, Training, Attacking Strategy

Abstract

Bola voli adalah olahraga yang dimainkan oleh dua tim dalam satu lapangan yang dipisahkan oleh sebuah net. Terdapat versi yang berbeda tentang jumlah pemain, jenis / ukuran, lapangan, angka  kemenangan yang digunakan, untuk keperluan tertentu. Namun pada hakekatnya permainan bola voli bermaksud menyebarluaskan kemahiran bermain kepada setiap orang yang meminatinya. Tujuan dari permainan adalah melewatkan bola di atas net agar dapat jatuh menyentuh lantai lapangan lawan dan untuk mencegah usaha yang sama dari lawan. Setiap tim dapat memainkan tiga pantulan untuk mengembalikan bola (di luar perkenaan blok).Salah satu teknik dasar bermain bola voli adalah smash. Smash ini sangat menarik perhatian penulis untuk diteliti. Pada saat melakukan smash, sering terlihat seorang pemain melakukannya dengan pukulan yang keras dan tajam, padahal dilihat secara teknis, hal tersebut tidak harus melulu dilakukan. Smash merupakan taktik menyerang yang paling efektif untuk dilakukan karena dapat mematahkan perlawanan, dan yang paling penting adalah serangan (smash) merupakan pertahanan yang paling baik bagi setiap regu. Seiring dengan berkembangnya zaman, berbagai teknik dasar smash dalam permainan bola voli pun bermunculan, mulai dari alur bola dari seorang tosser, kurve bola, dan lain sebagainya.Penelitian ini bertujuan : Untuk mengetahui peningkatan prestasi belajar bola voli melalui pendekatan spesialisasi teknik dasar smash dan kerjasama pada Mahasiswa Penjaskes Semester III STKIP- PGRI Pontianak.    KATA KUNCI : Peningkatan Prestasi Belajar Bola Voli Dengan Pendekatan Spesialisasi Teknik Dasar Smash dan Kerjasama Mahasiswa Penjaskes Semester III STKIP- PGRI Pontianak

Abstract

Football is also the sport most favored by students and college students, this can be seen with the extracurricular school football, SME (Student Activity Unit). In Penjaskes study program STKIP-PGRI Pontianak itself has had a football team that deliberately prepared to face the competitions between the University, the College and other competitions.Interval Training is a series of events physical exercise that is repeated is interrupted by periods of recovery. Interval Training is an exercis program that consist of a repetition period of work punctuated by periods of rest. Light exercise is usually caried out at this rest period. In practice this interval there are three things must be considered as a guideline during exercise (treatment) regular intensity, duration, and frequency. Oxygen maxsimal Volume (VOâ‚‚max) This is a level of ability of the body expressed in liters per minute or milliliter / min / kg body weight. Please also the physiology of the human body every cell needs oxygen to convert food energy to ATP (adenosine triphosphate) which is ready to work every cell that is at least consume oxygen in the muscle is at rest. Contracting muscle cells requires a lot of ATP. As a result, the muscles used in exercise requires more oxygen to muscle cells and produce COâ‚‚. Fast or slow fatigue by an athlete can be estimated from the aerobic capacity of athletes that are less good. Aerobic capacity indicates the maximum capacity of oxygen used by the body (VOâ‚‚max), the more oxygen is absorbed by the body showed the better performance of the muscles in the works so that substances which cause the remnants of exhaustion amount will be less. Therefore, for these achievements can not be separated from Interval Training as an integral part of the formation of resistance respirasinya therefore also need to be developed so that the energy system durability energy system can be achieved as expected. The higher the VOâ‚‚max, an athlete in question will also have endurance and stamina special.Keywords: Interval Training, VOâ‚‚max.
